Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the IBPS Clerk prelims scorecard 2025 on November 24, 2025 on the official website, ibps.in. Earlier, the IBPS Clerk 2025 Mains admit card was issued on November 24, 2025. The IBPS Clerk exam for mains will be conducted on November 29, 2025. The IBPS Clerk 2025 prelims result was declared on November 20, 2025. The IBPS Clerk prelims exam 2025 was conducted on October 4, 5, and 11, 2025. The IBPS Clerk 2025 admit card was issued on September 24, 2025.
Candidates were able to access the IBPS Clerk application form correction window 2025 on September 2 & 3, 2025. The IBPS Clerk application form was released from August 1 to 28, 2025. In order to apply for the IBPS Clerk 2025 exam, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Thus, the exam conducting authority has determined the eligibility criteria of IBPS Clerk 2025 on the basis of Nationality, Age, and Educational Qualification.
Eligibility Criteria of IBPS Clerk – Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either of the following:
(i) A Citizen of India or
(ii) A subject of Bhutan or
(iii) A subject of Nepal or
(iv) A Tibetan Refugee who settled in India before January 1, 1962, permanently
(v) A person of Indian origin who has migrated to settle in India permanently from Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, Pakistan, and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia.
Candidate belonging to the above categories (ii, iii, iv & v), must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Eligibility Criteria of IBPS Clerk – Age Limit
In order to fill the online application form of 2025 IBPS Clerk, candidates must have attained 20 years of age and must not exceed 28 years.
However, there are certain age relaxations given by the exam conducting authority according to the categories of the candidates.

Eligibility Criteria of IBPS Clerk – Education Qualification
Candidates must hold a Graduation degree from Government recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
While registering online, candidates must have valid Degree certificate/Mark-sheet indicating the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation.
Candidates must have operating and working knowledge in computer systems and have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language or must have studied Computer/IT as one of the subjects in High School/Institute/College.
Proficient in Official/Local Language of the State/UT for which a candidate is applying for. Candidates must know how to read/write and speak the Official language of preferred State/UT.

The IBPS Clerk exam pattern for prelims contains questions from three sections - English, Aptitude, and Reasoning.
There are a total of 100 questions asked in the preliminary exam of IBPS Clerk.
